To further implement the instructions and requirements of the Party Committee of SinoLight Corporation and China Haisum on strengthening COVID-19 prevention and control and production safety this winter and next spring, and urge all responsible entities to stick to the bottom line to do a good job in epidemic prevention and control and work safety, Li Yimin, the Deputy Party Secretary and Secretary of the Disciplinary Committee of China Haisum and his entourage went to Rayitek polymer film project in Jiaxing, Zhejiang for a field supervision and inspection on the morning of December 30. Relevant persons in charge of the Discipline Inspection and Supervision Department of the Headquarters, the Strategic Operation Center and the Overseas Business Department accompanied the visit.

The inspection team oversaw the implementation of entry and exit personnel registration management, safety education and training, epidemic prevention and protective equipment storage condition, risk identification and monitoring, and inspected key parts such as the project construction area, worker living area, and Party member activity room. They also listened to the project responsible person's reports on the matters of epidemic prevention and control, work safety and Party building.   

Li Yimin fully affirmed the management and control of the project site, the implementation of various measures for epidemic prevention and control and safe production and emphasized three requirements for the next stage of work: Firstly, efforts should be made to raise the political position to further enhance the sense of urgency and responsibility for COVID-19 prevention and control and work safety, strengthen risk awareness, establish bottom-line thinking, and strengthen daily supervision; secondly, it is necessary to ensure the implementation of responsibilities. They should continue to consolidate responsibilities to do a good job in comprehensive supervision in a strict and practical manner, and promote the implementation of various tasks; and thirdly, it is necessary to strengthen humanistic care. As the New Year Day and Spring Festival are approaching, we must take care of front-line employees and guarantee various supplies during the COVID-19 control and on the construction site while emphasizing the principle of safety first and people first. Li requested that the project team should accumulate momentum and lay a solid foundation for the improvement of management and efficiency of SinoLight through "doing a project well, training a team and setting up a fine business image".

During the inspection, on behalf of the company's labor union, Li presented holiday gifts and labor protection materials to the project team. Relevant departments of the headquarters communicated with the Rayitek project team, and put forward work requirements for their respective disciplines; the Safety Director Li Hongxin, based on the inspection, made relevant comments on temporary demolition, dormitory electricity use, fire prevention and theft prevention, personnel on duty, workers returning home and resuming work and epidemic prevention as well as assurance of worker wage, etc.
