          ·Standing at the forefront of industry development

          It is difficult for ordinary people to have intuitive feeling about the iterative upgrade of the production process, however, it is critical for industrial development. As a veteran enterprise in the light industry since the founding of the People's Republic of China, China Haisum has a deep feeling. In the past 70 years, the Company has contributed numerous representative projects for the whole country, especially in Shanghai, including the Hero Iridium-point Pen Factory, Forever Bicycle Factory, Phoenix Bicycle Factory, and Guanshengyuan Food Factory, which are well known to the older generations.         From manual workshop production lines to semi-mechanized, fully-mechanized and electrified production lines, and then to automatic and even intelligent production lines, Haisum's every effort has precisely stepped on the key nodes of industrial development.

       In the past five years, combined with industrial digital transformation and green development strategies, Haisum has focused on energy conservation, emission reduction and digital transformation to help the recovery and upgrading of traditional industries, and actively explored and cultivated emerging industries, such as new energy and new materials, energy conservation and environmental protection, medicine, warehousing and logistics.

The project team utilized advanced baijiu packaging production lines, the Internet of Things and network communication technologies to customize an exclusive fully-automatic internal logistics system, in which efficient and optimized management can be achieved and a digital factory can be built.

       This plan is based on the scientific research results of the digital transformation of Haisum's baijiu business in the past two years: In 2021, the research on the construction of an intelligent system for baijiu brewing was included in the key scientific research projects of the enterprise. In view of the key technological process and operation and maintenance requirements of the brewing process, the design and optimization for the intelligent detection technology and equipment scheme and the digital brewing collection and analysis platform were carried out.

          The core of a digital factory is process and control. Relying on the accumulation of core processes and control engineering practices for decades, Haisum has possessed the technical and theoretical basis for the core of digital transformation. At present, the enterprise is actively promoting the digital business transformation, advocating BIM/EIM forward design modeling, creating an information model for the whole life cycle of engineering projects, improving the capability to provide engineering construction services in the whole process, and cultivating the capability to provide the digital deliverables and digital management system of the entire engineering projects for the industry.

        In the field of energy conservation and environmental protection, after the research and development of the R&D team, the "Reclaimed Water Reuse Demonstration Project of Nantong Economic & Technological Development Area" adopted the world's first complete set of pulping and papermaking wastewater zero-discharge process, and completed a wastewater treatment project with a daily treatment capacity of 40,000 tons, which is equivalent to building a new reclaimed water plant. After that, this set of subject research and engineering practice based on pulping and papermaking wastewater treatment is still being upgraded and iterated, providing solutions for energy conservation, emission reduction and clean production, and constantly being implemented in other projects.

        In the fields of new materials and new energy, especially the synthesis and preparation of new energy materials and the industrialization of equipment, Haisum has continuously accumulated a number of technological achievements based on engineering practice centering on R&D innovation. The subjects under research include the key synthesis and preparation technologies and equipment industrialization of ternary cathode material precursor for lithium battery, which aims to solve the industrial pain point of low production efficiency and breaks through the problems such as key technologies of nickel-cobalt-manganese co-precipitation rate-controlled crystallization and large-scale and intelligent technology development of key equipment.

         Oriented by problems, China Haisum carries out the development practice of complete sets of equipment. Familiarized with its own papermaking process, the Company has achieved technical research results of the papermaking surface sizing starch preparation system after years of technical research, breaking the foreign monopoly, realizing the automatic upgrade of traditional processes, and empowering papermaking enterprises to reform technologies and reduce consumption. This achievement has reached the international advanced level according to the assessment by experts.

       In response to the national "dual carbon" goal, Haisum has started to develop carbon accounting and carbon reduction consulting services to help enterprises achieve smart energy management.

        In overseas EPC general contracting projects in Southeast Asia and Africa, Haisum accurately calculates all equipment and material lists through digital 3D design and simulates reasonable construction and lifting schemes to reduce costs and increase efficiency, making overseas markets a new engine for the Company's development in recent years. In 2019, Haisum stood out from more than 24,000 similar enterprises in China and was rated as one of the fourteen "Overseas Engineering Benchmarking Enterprises" by the China Engineering and Consulting Association.
