Recently, China Engineering Construction Association of Light Industry announced the "List of Candidates Selected for the National Engineering Survey and Design Masters Talent Pool for the Year 2024 (the Fourth Cohort of Survey and Design Masters in the Light Industry Sector) ". Among 11 professionals selected for this prestigious honor in the light industry sector, 9 of them were selected from China Haisum Engineering Co., Ltd. Zhou Yuan, a professor-level senior engineer, currently serves as the Vice President and Technical Director of China Haisum. He has been engaged in business operation and management of enterprise for a long time. He always upholds technological innovation. Focusing on improving design quality and management, he actively develops general contracting business, and opens up new prospects for the Company to explore overseas markets. In particular, the Vietnam Anhua EPC general contracting project is the project with the highest value in terms of packaged equipment for pulping and papermaking exported by China to the outside world, and it has won the "National Quality Engineering Award (Overseas Engineering)". Zhou Yuan won the titles of "Outstanding Contributor to the National Quality Engineering Award" and "Top Talent in Xuhui District, Shanghai".

Wu Jiale, a professor-level senior engineer, currently serves as the chief engineer of the Shanghai headquarters and the chief engineer of Chemicals & Pharmaceuticals. He has been making intensive efforts in the fields of engineering design, project management, and general contracting for many years. He has created more than 40 large and medium-sized light chemical engineering projects, and the projects chaired by him, such as Eastman Shuangwei Fibers, Kao (Shanghai) Chemical, and Clariant Specialty Chemicals, have won multiple honors. He chaired the compilation the Design Specification for Plastic Products Factory and participated in the compilation of the Chinese-English Engineering Dictionary. He also authored 8 authorized invention patents, making contributions to improving the overall level of China's fine chemical industry and cultivating excellent engineering talents.

Gu Yajun, a professor-level senior engineer, currently serves as the assistant to the chief engineer for food fermentation at the Shanghai headquarters. He specializes in process design and engineering management, with outstanding performance in the biological fermentation and food sectors. He has participated in and chaired more than 50 projects, covering various aspects such as project proposal, feasibility study, preliminary design, construction drawing, and construction and project management, and has achieved excellent results in engineering projects. Several projects led by him, including the Dafeng Yingmao Sugar Factory, and Highland Barley Raw Liquor, have achieved technological breakthroughs and environmental benefits, and won multiple provincial and ministerial awards.
China Haisum Beijing Company
Liu Yu, a professor-level senior engineer, currently serves as the deputy general manager of China Haisum Beijing Company. He has been engaged in pulping and papermaking engineering consulting and design work for over 20 years. He has chaired and participated in the engineering design of more than ten large and extra large pulping and papermaking projects at home and abroad. The projects completed by him have won multiple national, provincial and ministerial awards. He participated in the compilation of the Project Specification for Pulping and Papermaking Engineering. He holds multiple patents. He worked with universities to edit the Pulping and Papermaking Engineering Design, a textbook included in China's Light Industry 14th Five-year Plan.

Li Xiaohong currently serves as the chief engineer of water supply and drainage at China Haisum Beijing Company. He has been engaged in survey and design work for 30 years, providing design consulting services for industrial and civil projects on the front line. He has served as a specialty leader for over 100 projects, and he has won more than 30 national, provincial and ministerial excellent engineering awards. He has participated in the preparation and review of multiple standards and group standards of China Association for Engineering Construction Standardization.

Li Zhenzhou, a professor-level senior engineer, currently serves as the general manager of China Haisum Guangzhou Company. He has been engaged in engineering design, consulting and project management for nearly 30 years, and has rich experience in engineering design, project management and engineering consulting. He has successively chaired or participated in nearly 100 projects involving food, beverage, beer, condiments, daily chemicals, essences, medicine, new materials and other light chemical industries, several of which have won national, provincial and ministerial awards for excellent engineering design and excellent engineering consulting.

Li Bing, a professor-level senior engineer, currently serves as the deputy chief engineer of China Haisum Guangzhou Company. He has been engaged in engineering construction work for over 30 years. He has chaired and participated in various types of design, project management and general contracting management of over 100 projects, and won more than 10 national, provincial, and ministerial awards for excellent design and general contracting. He has accumulated rich experience in the field of structural engineering. He is currently a senior expert at the PKPM Think Tank of China Academy of Building Research. He has participated in the preparation and review of multiple national, industry, and local regulatory standards, and obtained relevant specialized patents.

Liao Yanhua, professor-level senior engineer and national registered chemical engineer, currently serves as the deputy chief engineer of China Haisum Changsha Company. He has been working for over 20 years. He has been working hard on the front line of consulting and design, engineering general contracting, and technical management. He has chaired more than 10 large and medium-sized construction drawing designs and key general contracting design management projects, and won national, provincial and ministerial awards. In addition, he also holds 2 invention patents, 2 utility model patents, and 1 scientific and technological achievement appraised.

Xiao Nenghui, a professor-level senior engineer, currently serves as the Chief Engineer of HVAC at China Haisum Wuhan Company and Vice President of the Second Industrial Engineering Institute of China Light Industry Wuhan Design & Engineering Co., Ltd. Over the years, he has chaired and designed more than 150 large and medium-sized engineering projects, several of which have won ministerial and provincial awards for excellent engineering design.
